1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using okamiblades.com ("the Site") or purchasing any Okami Blades product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders suspected of fraud, orders that violate these Terms, or orders for products that are out of stock or mispriced.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout. All charges are in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund terms are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. In brief: 30-day return window, items must be unused and in original packaging, return shipping paid by customer unless item is defective.

7. Warranty

Every Okami Blades knife includes a Lifetime Craft Warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. Full warranty terms: Warranty Registration & Claims. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, improper maintenance, or accidents.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on okamiblades.com — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, editorial content, reports, and designs — is the property of Okami Blades (a brand of Boxiki Group) or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant Okami Blades a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content in connection with the Site and our marketing.

10. Editorial Content and Affiliate Disclosure

Some content on the Site includes affiliate links that may earn Okami Blades a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure and our Editorial Standards for full transparency.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Okami Blades shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
